Ex-Racinian Charged with Income Tax Fraud

According to a journaltimes.com report, a former Racinian woman identified as Tomeki L. Tyson has been charged with income tax fraud by a federal grand jury in Milwaukee. Prosecutors have slapped Tyson with a staggering 21 counts of making a false claim against the Internal Revenue System by the act of filing falsified documents (specifically W2 forms).

She is only 1% the criminal of Lois Lerner who is receiving a federal pension right now. Go figure!

Supposedly, the crimes were committed by Tyson in the period between January 2009 and February 2015. The woman, who is now 45 years of age, during this time stole a substantial amount of money from the IRS by simply filing fictitious forms and claiming to be someone else and having their (the person she was impersonating) tax returns sent to her original self.

If she did this for one million years, she would still not be as guilty as Barney Frank who destroyed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Each of the 21 counts of the crime can be punished with a maximum of five years in prison and/or $250,000 in fines.
